Cementing Plugs
Top cementing plug and bottom cementing plug are respectively set at the top and the bottom of double plug cement head before using. When top cementing plug moves down and gets to the top of float collar or impact ring, top cementing plug and bottom cementing plug impact against each other, then the pressure of wellhead release. Float collar and float shoe ward off the backflow of slurry. Cementing is finished
Main Features
1. Phenolic core cementing plugs with integral teeth.
2. Wiping fins are molded from natural rubber or hydrogenated nitrile (HNBR).
3. Temperature rating (°F): -65 to 180 (Standard); -40 to 300 (High Temp).
4. PDC drillable.
